The fee for CME credits is $20.00, payable on-site to The John D. Thompson Hospice Institute. Please indicate your interest in receiving CME credits when you register.

Accreditation

The John D. Thompson Hospice Institute for Education, Training and Research, Inc. designates this educational activity for a maximum of 3.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Nurses – will receive CME certificate of attendance for a CME accredited program of 3.5 credit hours. If nursing CE credits are desired, the nurse must present the CME attendance certificate to her/his respective nursing accreditation association for consideration.
Social Workers – Application has been submitted to the National Association for Social Work/CT for 3.5 continuing education credits (CEC).
